Abstract

"The project from which the subject for this work is taken is located in Section 28, T 13 N, R 11 W, of the third P. M., Scott County, Illinois, within the village limits of Manchester, in the north east part of the town. (Sheet No. 1 of accompanying plans) It is a grade separation between the Chicago and Alton Railway and Route No. 3 of the Illinois system of Highways"--Page 6.
