Abstract
We describe the concept of a dielectrophoretic propellant injector and its inclusion in a plasmonic-based, small-satellite propulsion system. Thrust is achieved by applying a plasmon generated non-uniform electromagnetic field, and corresponding dielectrophoretic force, to net-neutral nanoparticles.
