Abstract

"In order to reduce as much as possible the cost of transportation of the crude oil to the refinery, the city of Minatitlán of Minatitlán County in the State of Veracruz was chosen as the most proper place for establishing the refinery it being in the center of the only oil fields which at that time possessed the "Eagle Mexican Petroleum Co."--page 1.
