Abstract

"It is proposed to utilize the water of the Verde River for power purposes by constructing a power plant on the said river, and transforming the potential energy of the falling water into Electrical Energy, and the Electrical Energy transmitted over transmission lines to the various cities and mining camps in this vicinity where power is being used"--Proposition, page 1.
