Approach to Preparing Reclamation Permit Applications

Abstract

Reasons for using the format of expressed, bilateral, negotiated contracts common to the construction industry, and the salient aspects of an application which uses this format are reviewed. Advantages of this procedure are improved mine planning, awareness of the total design job, potential for improved speed of permit acceptance, and improved cost control.
