Mathematical Properties of the Kn(Τ) Functions
The Kn(τ) functions, which arise in the study of nongray radiative transfer, are investigated. Closed-form expressions for the triangular and exponential profiles are presented. The Kn(τ) and K5(τ) functions for the rectangular, triangular, exponential, Doppler, and Lorentz profiles are tabulated. © 1972.
