Experimetal Study of Free-Standing Stairs
Abstract
The experimental investigation undertaken to study the behavior of free-standing stairs under types of loadings. The model was made of aluminum. Two models having different inclination of flights with the horizontal were considered. Deflections and strains were measured using dial gages, electrical and mechanical strain gages.
