"The objective of this research project was to demonstrate the feasibility of Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) systems for low-profile bypass roadways, in particular, sandwich panels comprised of GFRP facings and an innovative Fiber Reinforced Foam (FRF) core.--Abstract, leaf iii.
