The EPR Spectra of Poly(chloro-para-xylylene) in Vacuum and in Air
Abstract
The intention of this work was to provide the necessary background for the in situ EPR measurements of poly(para-xylylene)s and in particular of the poly(chloropara-xylylene) synthesized by Gorham's method. This letter reports the results of the postdeposition measurements of the decay of the EPR signals of this polymer in vacuum as well as in air.
