It is not the purpose of this thesis to discuss all the ores in which Al is found, but to describe rather fully the ores from which Al is obtained: such as Bauxite and cryolite. In regard to the alloys only the principal ones will be considered and described, especially the Al-bronze which is a very important alloy of copper and Al"--page 1.
