Graduate Student Resources

Master's Students:

Once your thesis has passed final format checking by the graduate office, you will need to fill out the cataloging form .

Before submitting your thesis, please research and be aware of the following before starting the submission process:

  • Have the final version of your thesis available in PDF format on the computer or data stick/jump drive that you are using to fill out the web forms.  Only PDF theses/dissertations will be accepted.
  • Think of 3-10 key terms you would use to describe your work (ex. "geographical information systems", "nanotechnology", etc)
  • Are there any parts of your thesis that will need to be redacted, such as copyrighted images or graphs?

PhD Students:

1. You will need to fill out the Proquest form. This is required of all students submitting a dissertation. Directions for filling out the form are here.

2. Once your dissertation has passed final format checking by the graduate office, you will need to fill out the cataloging form .
